PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat ticket issuing device which enhances convenience for a customer by allowing efficient ticket issuing service, and also restraines a demerit in an enterprise. SOLUTION: An operator issues a seat ticket, based on interactive communication of the operator 32 faced with the customer 31, in the seat ticket issuing device 20 of the present invention. Unoccupied seat information from a seat database 23 is displayed on an operator side image display 26, and the customer 31 indicates a desired seat by a touch panel 28.
