Centrifugal force resulting from revolution and that resulting from rotation generated in the mill pot are given to these spherical bodies, thereby making the spherical bodies collide with each other, and moreover, making them collide with the inner wall of the mill pot. Then, finish polishing is performed after a ball mill process for introducing displacement in ceramics crystals forming the surfaces of the spherical bodies is performed.
