PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately adjust the optical axis of an imaging lens and the center of the imaging screen of an image sensor. SOLUTION: The lens barrel 12 includes: the imaging lens 13; a CCD 35, camera-shake detecting parts 46 and 47; position detecting parts 48 and 49; and voice coil motors 51 and 52. The imaging lens 13 includes a correction lens 13c. The position of the correction lens is adjusted by driving the voice coil motors 51 and 52 so that the optical axis of the imaging lens 13 may align with the center of the imaging range of the CCD 35. The bias voltage value of a voice coil motor driving circuit 68 at that time is obtained and stored in a bias storage part 70.
