PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a segment carrying system, capable of smoothly moving a segment to a setting point through a side of the following truck while ensuring smooth movement of a worker in the rear of the following truck. SOLUTION: The laying area of a carrying track 15 is divided to a main line part A where the carrying track 15 is laid alone in a bottom central part within a tunnel pit 14, a juxtaposition part B where a track 19 for the following truck and the carrying track 19 are juxtaposed with the carrying track 15 being on one side part, and a line change part C interposed between the main line part A and the juxtaposition part B and extending obliquely from the central part to the one side part. Sleepers 16 of the main line part A are set in a position lower in level than sleepers 17 of the juxtaposition part B with the length of the sleeper 16 being set short, whereby a moving space for workers of a predetermined height is ensured above a plate member erected on the sleepers 16 of the main line part A. A carrying truck 12 eliminates a difference in level of the carrying track 15 caused by the difference in height of the sleepers 16 of the main line part A and the sleepers 17 of the juxtaposition part B by a difference-in-level eliminating means.
