PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material having excellent flame retardance without using a halogen- or phosphorus-based flame-retardant, and having excellent fluidity (moldability) and heat stability (discoloration prevention). SOLUTION: The flame retardant polycarbonate resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. polycarbonate resin, 0.5-15 pts.wt. terpene resin having 110-140°C softening point (ring and ball method), 0.01-2 pts.wt. organic acid metal salt compound, 0.05-5 pts.wt. fiber-forming type fluorine-containing polymer and 0.01-1 pt.wt. phosphoric and/or phenolic antioxidant.
