PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply detect abnormality of a temperature sensor only by a temperature sensor and a temperature measuring device used for correction. SOLUTION: In S1, a temperature is measured by each temperature sensor, made into digital signals, and obtained as a temperature numeric value. Then, in S2, a sensing temperature Tb' identical to a sensing temperature of a corresponding temperature sensor is calculated using a calculation formula and a characteristic coefficient stored in a parameter storing device, so as to find an absolute valueΔT of a temperature difference of Ta and Tb' in S3. Then, in S4, the calculated absolute valueΔT is compared with a limit valueγ. WhenΔT is larger than the limit valueγ, Ta or Tb is determined as abnormal, so as to issue alarms and the like in S5, and instruct a correcting device not to change a correction volume before abnormality.
