PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable fresh flowers to keep freshness and to be stably stood and held on a net 6, by overlapping the net 6 on the surface of a base cloth 1 having heat insulating property and rising and falling on the net 6, mounting wire bodies attached with the fresh flowers. SOLUTION: The base cloth 1 having flexibility and heat insulating property is formed to have a size capable of taking a dog body part therein. The front end comprises a circular-arc part 3 corresponding to the neck circumference of a dog and breastplates 4 and 5. The net 6 is formed to have a planar shape almost same as that of the base cloth 1 and is overlapped and sewn on the surface of the base cloth 1. Connecting parts 9 and 10 are formed on the surface side of the breastplate 4 and the rear side of the breastplate 5 to be attracted and connected each other.
