PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling device for a working machine of working vehicle that can inhibit the generation of vibration and noise caused by transmission of the motive power from the working vehicle to the working machine. SOLUTION: Via the vertical link mechanism 2 having horizontal lower links 18 and the top links 17 on both left and right sides, the working vehicle 1 is connected to the working machine 4, and the link parts 17a of the top link 17 are made reciprocally movable so that it may go far or come near from the working vehicle 1, and the link parts 17a of the top link 17 on both sides of the working vehicle are allowed to move on the side of the working vehicle according to the rising motion of the working machine 4 with the vertical link mechanism 2.
