The container (1) has a base (2) detatachably inserted in a glass body (4). Seal-clamping units (5, 6) are arranged at the base in a longitudinal direction and are spaced from each other. The seal-clamping units are adapted to arrange the base in the glass body in a clampable manner and to seal the base and the glass body. The seal-clamping units are made of ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber or silicone. The seal-clamping units are designed as closed sealing rings e.g. O-rings.
