A dental implant device is provided to reduce the transplanting time by operating a small number of tools and to improve the initial fixing force at the time of transplantation into the alveolar bone. An implant device includes a fixture(10) and an abutment. The fixture includes a compact bone bonding portion(20) and a trabecular bonding portion(22). A minute screw portion of a first pitch is formed in the compact bone bonding portion. A thick screw portion of a second pitch is formed on the trabecular bonding portion. The lower end portion of the trabecular bonding portion has a conical shape. Plural cutting blades(26) are formed by first and second cutting recesses in the lower direction of the thick screw portion. The first cutting recess extends to the lower end of the trabecular bonding portion. |
