<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing alcohol lees by effectively utilizing white distilled liquor lees or garbages. <P>SOLUTION: This alcohol lees are produced by adding an alcohol after dehydrating the white distilled liquor lees. Also, the alcohol lees are produced by using the garbages as a main raw material, adding an enzyme converting starch to sugar components, then adding alcohol-producing microorganisms for forming the alcohol from the sugar components, dehydrating residual lees formed by separating the alcoholic component by distillation and then adding the alcohol. Especially, the alcohol lees are produced by adding fermenting bacteria to the garbages, alpharizing the starch by the fermentation heat and then adding the above enzyme. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
