<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract and store preference information such as interest in merchandise and a purchase history of a user being a customer. <P>SOLUTION: When it is detected that a user 16 is present in a prescribed authentication range by a user tag reader 11, an authentication server 3 acquires the individual profile data of the user 16 on the basis of the tag ID of a user tag 15 and transmits them to a sales management server 7. In the state of detecting that the user 16 is present within the authentication range, when a merchandise tag reader 13 detects that the merchandise 18 to which a merchandise tag 17 is stuck within the authentication range is picked up, it is defined that the user 16 is interested in the merchandise 18 and has picked it up in his/her hand, and the sales management server 7 acquires the merchandise information of the merchandise 18 from a merchandise management server 5 on the basis of the tag ID of the merchandise tag 17 and generates preference information by relating the individual profile information of the user 16 and the merchandise information of the merchandise 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
