<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of making moire inconspicuous even when luminance is not reduced by shortening pitches of a lens sheet or anti-glare processing and crimping processing, which may reduce front luminance, are not applied to the front and rear of a liquid crystal panel. <P>SOLUTION: The display device is provided with a liquid crystal panel 20 driven according to a video signal, a light source 11 for emitting light for illuminating the liquid crystal panel 20 and a driving circuit 40 for driving the liquid crystal panel 20. A lens sheet in which a plurality of cylindrical prisms 14-1 extended on one surface are arrayed in the extending direction is arranged between the liquid crystal panel 20 and the light source 11 and the width of the three-dimensional structure in the array direction is ≥110 μm. The liquid crystal panel 20 has a picture element array in which pixels of a plurality of colors are arranged in one picture element and a plurality of pixels of the same color are arranged in one picture element and the driving circuit 40 drives the panel 20 so that gradation is generated in a plurality of pixels of the same color included in one picture element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
