<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and comprehensively identify a sound source by using voice and information collected by a sensor in order to improve noise resistance, without specifying a sound source direction only by sound effect, and to attain the sound source direction estimation capable of reducing cost with a simple configuration, for the purpose of estimating the direction in which the sound source exists. <P>SOLUTION: In a system of the invention, the direction of the sound source is estimated not only by collecting sound information from the sound source by a microphone, but by collecting information for specifying the sound source direction by an infra-red sensor, an ultra-sonic sensor and a switch etc., and identification accuracy of the sound source direction is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
