PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for providing interactive images, time which can provide users with the actual circumstances of arbitrary places by images at real time. SOLUTION: The system comprises: an image input means of regularly inputting interactive images of a number of places at real time; an image capturing means of capturing the interactive images at real time by radio or cable (to capture images by methods such as transmitting over a network and browsing by accessing with browsing software for the Internet); and a display means of outputting the interactive images (dynamic images or still images) captured by the image capturing means.
