<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal module capable of reducing luminance unevenness at an end edge part of a light source arrangement side on a display surface of a liquid crystal panel by a simple means. <P>SOLUTION: In the liquid crystal module provided with a liquid crystal panel 10 set on a surface side of a light guide plate 2 with a light diffusion sheet 8 and a prism sheet 9 intervened, and with a reflective sheet 3 overlapped on a rear-face side of the light guide plate 2, and a light source 1 arranged along an end of the light guide plate 2, a reflective surface of a corresponding part of the reflective sheet 3 which corresponds to the vicinity of an incident light part of the light guide plate 2 of light incident from the light source 1 is set as an irregular reflective surface 3a. Light entering from the light source 1 into the light guide plate 2 and hitting the irregular reflective surface 3a of the reflective sheet 3 is irregularly reflected and dispersed to have a volume of light emitted from the vicinity of the incident light part of the light guide plate 2 reduced, so that a difference of the light volume from that emitted from other parts of the light guide plate 2 is made smaller, and luminance unevenness at an end edge part of a light source arrangement side on a display surface of the liquid crystal panel 10 is drastically reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
