PRECOATED METAL SHEET AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the coating film hard to harden and shrink at the time of the multilayer simultaneous baking in the multilayer simultaneous coating or wet-on-wet coating aimed at shortening the processes and thereby to manufacture a precoated metal sheet high in image sharpness and gloss and excellent in fouling resistance. SOLUTION: The precoated metal sheet has a multilayer coating film layer of at least two layers on one surface or both surfaces of a metal sheet. The multilayer coating film layer has a top coat layer that is an uppermost-laid coating film that comes into contact with air and a middle coat layer that is an underlaid coating film in contact with the above top coat layer. By providing a maximum value of the nitrogen concentration derived from an aminoplast resin for the interface between the top coat layer and the middle coat layer and controlling the difference between a minimum value of the nitrogen concentration derived from the aminoplast resin in the middle coat layer and the above maximum value, the precoated metal sheet excellent in fouling resistance and design nature is obtained.
