PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a generating element of air flow inside of a cartridge without enlarging outside dimensions of a tape cartridge to stir internal air with the element concerned, and certainly remove dust in the cartridge. SOLUTION: On a top surface of an upper flange 11, a blade 14 which comprises a plurality of ribs 13 prolonged radially toward a periphery side from the central part is prepared. In a main part case 2, intake and exhaust apertures 16a and 16b are prepared for taking outside air in the cartridge accompanying with rotation of the blade 14, and exhausting gas in the cartridge outside.
