PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording head which is insensitive to switching noises generated when a plurality of recording devices are simultaneously driven; to provide a head cartridge using the recording head; and to provide a recording device. SOLUTION: The recording head comprises a plurality of recording elements and a plurality of drive elements to drive the plurality of recording elements, and the plurality of drive elements are driven by time sharing to perform recording by the plurality of recording elements. The recording head further comprises a shift register to input a recording signal synchronized with a clock signal and a latch circuit to latch the recording signal inputted into the shift register synchronized with a latch signal, and an inhibit circuit to deter the input of the recording signal and the clock signal to the shift register and the input of the latch signal to the latch circuit synchronized with the input of an enable signal pulse for driving the plurality of drive elements.
