PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unintentional deformation and damage of a dust collecting tube body by remodeling it. SOLUTION: This powder medicine dispensing machine such as a power medicine packager 40 is provided with a dust collecting head 32 on a drawable packaging device pedestal 41, and a dust collector body 30 in a part other than a drawer part, wherein the dust collecting tube body 50 for connecting the dust collecting head 32 to the dust collector body 30 is attached/detached associated with the putting-in/out of the packaging device pedestal 41. A tube body storage space 42 is formed in the lower layer part of the packaging device pedestal 41 for storing a flexible dust collecting hose 56, while a hard material is used for an outer casing tube 53 and an inner casing tube 54 of a dust collecting tube body attachment/detachment part.
