PROTECTIVE ELEMENT (VARIANTS), METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION THEREOF, COUNTERFEIT-PROOF MATERIAL AND VALUE PAPER

The invention relates to a protective element for different articles, including banknotes, value papers, credit cards, documents, certificates and other similar products, to a method for producing said protective element and to a counterfeit-proof material and a value paper which are provided therewith. The inventive protective element consists of several layers, each of which has determined but different for each layer optical properties, such as colour, reflection power, transparency and density. At least one external layer is provided with projections which are arranged in a defined and/or random order. The lower layer is embodied such that it is continuous, and all the layers, when combined, form together a multilayer structure provided with a three-dimensional lattice and/or field-interleaved, and/or honeycomb and/or cellular, and/or linear configuration in the form of patterns, symbols, drawings, signs or codes. The structure produces at least one visibly and or automatically controllable effect. Said invention makes it possible to develop a simple and available protective element exhibiting optimises protective properties.
