摘要

An oral solid formulation comprising a drug with bitter taste is provided to mask the bitterness of the drug and be easily and simply prepared at low cost. An oral solid formulation is characterized in that it is prepared by granulating a composition comprising a drug with bitter taste and a hydrophilic polymer in the presence of water and drying it to have a moisture content of less than 7.5 wt.%, wherein 0.05 part by weight of the hydrophilic polymer is contained regarding 1 part by weight of the drug.
