Disclosed are compounds of formula (I) or the salts thereof, wherein R1 r epresents an optionally substituted amino group or analogous group according to claim 1, and R2 to R7 are defined as indicated in claim 1. Said compound s are suitable as herbicides and plant growth regulators and can be produced according to methods described in claim 6 by means of partially novel inter mediate products, e.g. of formula (III).
