<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically carry out regeneration processing of adsorption part and to make it possible to simplify the structure. <P>SOLUTION: The adsorption apparatus 22 is provided with: a first adsorption column 50a, a second adsorption column 50b; a first catalytic combustion part 52a and a second catalytic combustion part 52b for heating to regenerate the first adsorption column 50a and the second adsorption column 50b; a gas transfer mechanism 54 for transferring a part of the high pressure gas from the first adsorption column 50a to the second adsorption column 50b or from the second adsorption column 50b to the first adsorption column 50a; and fuel supply mechanisms 64a, 64b capable of supplying the gas in the first adsorption column 50a and the second adsorption column 50b, to the first catalytic combustion part 52a and the second catalytic combustion part 52b as fuel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
