<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form an image according to the request of a user regarding image quality and cost, etc. <P>SOLUTION: Toners of the same color but with different characteristics are stored in toner cartridges 90A-90D. For example, toners for high image quality (High Grade) with small particle diameter are stored in a toner cartridge 90A and toners for low image quality (Low Grade) are stored in the other toner cartridge 90B.
