<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a high-quality acrylic resin cured product continuously and with good productivity by using a simple-structured apparatus, without the necessity for complicate temperature management and temperature control and with a high thermal energy efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises using an acrylic polymerizable composition having an unsaturated monomer composed mainly of methyl methacrylate and a thermal polymerization initiator having a 10 hour half-life temperature lower by 10-60°C than the temperature of the hot air introduced in the hot air circulation type heating oven; and polymerizing and curing the thermoplastic polymer composition while supplying it to the forming space that continuously shifts in the hot air circulation type heating oven and while transferring it through the heating oven, to continuously manufacture the acrylic resin cured product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
