MENU ITEM DISPLAY METHOD AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system of a menu base having consistency with a user for reporting a status of a menu item.

SOLUTION: This system of a menu base is provided with command objects having: state information indicating the states of menu items for every menu item; and logic for checking the states of the menu items. When at least one menu item is selected from the menu, the state of this system is decided, and the state information of at least one menu item in the command objects is updated. The display configurations of the menu items are determined based on the state of this system and the command object. The command objects are capsuled.
