PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of simplifying assembly and a manufacturing method of the battery pack. SOLUTION: The battery pack comprises a plurality of battery modules 20, a bundling part 29 as an engaging projection part 22 which protrudes in a direction Y crossing at right angles the lamination direction X laminating a plurality of batteries from the side face 21 of the battery module, a pair of wall members 41 which are arranged facing each other to the side face of the battery module and extend along the lamination direction, an engaging recessed part 42 which is provided on a pair of wall members and in which a bundling part of the battery module is inserted, and a fixing member 60 which fixes the bundling part inserted in the engaging recessed part.
