摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passive type diffusion quantity measuring instrument capable of using a granular adsorbent such as activated carbon or the like and enabling measurement of high precision. SOLUTION: The passive type diffusion quantity measuring instrument is composed of at least a discoid flat hollow case of which the base has a conical hollow part and the adsorbent housed in the hollow case. The hollow case has not only an opening part for taking in a chemical substance provided to its one side becoming the contact surface with an inspection target but also the hole communicating with the hollow part provided to its other side opposed to one side. A porous partition wall preventing the passage of the housed adsorbent is provided in the hollow part of the hollow case.
