PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a cable for taking in and out a signal from a spatial stabilizing section, as a two-stage flat cable, to wind them mutually in reverse, and to suppress the load of the cable during rotation. SOLUTION: In the spatial stabilizer, first and second flat cables (31 and 31A) defining a cable are stacked along the axial direction 41 of a base section 4, and are arranged in spiral shape in the mutually opposite rotating directions; and its width direction W runs along the axial direction 41.
