PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement guiding device with a safety function capable of detecting a malfunction from its initial stage to its final stage even if there is malfunction of obstructing movement of the movement guiding device by chance, and capable of securing safety of a user. SOLUTION: The movement guiding device with a safety function has a track rail 11 fixedly installed on a base, a moving block 13 attached to the track rail 11 via plural balls 12, and allowing installment of a guide object, and a block body 31 engaged with the track rail 11 in a movable state, and allowing installment of the guide object. The block body 31 is composed in a form wherein movement other than in a moving direction of the moving block 13 is regulated with respect to the track rail 11 when it is engaged with the track rail 11.
