Permanent magnet groups (A and B) are so individually arranged along running directions that they are arranged in pairs of mutually magnetically attracting coupling relations in an in-tube runner (9) and in an out-tube runner (29). The permanent magnet groups (A and B) are individually made of uniaxially anisotropic rare earth metals, and are constituted as multipole magnet structures, in which they are so arrayed in a plurality of pairs along the running directions that their magnetic poles adjoining in the running directions may be arrayed in mutually different poles. Moreover, the rare earth metal magnets are magnetized, with one axis directed toward the opposed attracting faces being decided in an easily magnetizing direction, into uniaxially anisotropic magnets.
|
