An LED(Light Emitting Diode) lighting apparatus is provided to facilitate replacement of an LED element by mounting the LED element through pins of the LED element and sockets of a substrate. An LED lighting apparatus(200) includes a case(210), a substrate(220), and LED elements(230). The case has a heat radiating fin(212) and a plurality of LED mounting grooves(213). The substrate is installed inside the case and has sockets(223) corresponding to the LED mounting grooves. The LED elements are mounted on the LED mounting grooves and have pins inserted into the sockets. The substrate has a female connector(221) at one end and a male connector(222) at the other end.
