There is provided combination products comprising (a) pemirolast, or a ph armaceutically-acceptable salt or solvate thereof; and (b) a statin, or a ph armaceutically-acceptable salt or solvate thereof. Such combination products find particular utility in the treatment of atheresclerosis and related con ditions.
