<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-adhering sensor to be mounted on a part of the skin noninvasively. <P>SOLUTION: A self-adhering sensor (34) has biocompatible substrates (38), and arrays of the solid super fine electrodes (36) which are connected to the biocompatible substrates (38) and self-adhere to the skin. Additionally it is provided with a sensor (80) to be attached to a part of the skin. The sensor (80) has arrays of solid electrodes (86) configured to self-adhere to the skin (82). Each solid electrode (86) has a stem (88) and one or more projections (90) extending from the stem (88). The stem (88) and the projection (90) are solid. The stem (88) has a mechanical stopper (94) for controlling the penetration range of the solid electrode (86) into the skin.
