摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation transmission device certainly controlling a two-way clutch by suppressing backlash in an axial direction of a rotor to thereby stabilize magnetic attraction force applied to an armature. <P>SOLUTION: The two-way clutch 10 is installed between an outer ring 1 and an inner ring 2, and an electromagnetic clutch 20 is provided side by side together with the two-way clutch 10. The rotor 22 of the electromagnetic clutch 20 is fitted into a rotor guide 27 connected to the opening end of the outer ring 1. An engagement groove 36 is formed in the inner periphery of the opening end of the rotor guide 27, and a retaining ring 37 is attached to the engagement groove 36 to prevent slipping-out of the rotor 22. Tapered surfaces 38, 39 are formed on the outer surface of the engagement groove 36 and the side surface of the retaining ring 37 opposed to the outer surface, push-in force is applied from the retaining ring 37 to the rotor 22 by the inclination action of the tapered surfaces 38, 39, and a detent piece 34 provided at the end of the rotor 22 is pushed to the closed end surface 35a of a notched part 35 formed in the opening end surface of the rotor guide 27, thereby stabilizes the axial position of the rotor 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
