PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular steering device capable of providing the steering feeling according to the taste of a user and changing its steering feeling. SOLUTION: The vehicular steering device has a rigidity changing mechanism 210 for changing the torsional rigidity of a connection part 211 based on the instruction from the outside, and a control mode changing means for changing the control mode when giving the auxiliary steering force to a vehicular steering mechanism based on the torsional rigidity after the changing by the rigidity changing mechanism 210. The rigidity changing mechanism 210 changes the torsional rigidity of the connection part 211 by changing the attaching/detaching state of a fitting member.
