PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when object arrangement or light source conditions become complicate, a rendering image is not matched with the subjective sensation of a human being, and any sense of incompatibility is generated in an image generation device for generating an image for pseudo three-dimensional display based on an object arranged in a virtual three-dimensional space. SOLUTION: An appearance parameter for each object is set by depressing an appearance parameter setting button 208 at each object ID to be selected by an object object selection button 207. Then, in the case of generating a two-dimensional image for pseudo three-dimensional display, a surface color value of each object is determined based on an appearance parameter set for the object.
