<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for generating a non-circled vector column with high quality by removing noise components only in a section between a start endpoint and a terminal endpoint, and operating secondary or tertiary Bezier curve approximation, and for generating a high quality outline. <P>SOLUTION: Even when vectors equivalent to an endpoint section are removed by noise removal processing before line core-integrated inter-endpoint line core-integrated (circled) vectors corresponding to line components configured of independent lines or closed curves connecting endpoints or intersections configuring a binary image integrated into a thin wire before a smoothing processing, start endpoint/terminal endpoint information clarifying the positions equivalent to the original endpoint sections is generated so that the endpoint position can be prevented from being made unclear after the smoothing processing.
