PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating piping structure of an air conditioner, achieving excellent assembling efficiency in mounting a heat insulating cylinder on a refrigerant pipe, and preventing contact between an electric wire and the refrigerant pipe where a high temperature refrigerant flows. SOLUTION: In this heat insulating piping structure of the air conditioner 1, the straight pipe-like heat insulating cylinder 71 having a slit 72a in the longitudinal direction is mounted on the refrigerant pipe 29 including a straight pipe part 29c and bent pipe parts 29b, 29d, where the high-temperature refrigerant flows with the longitudinal end projected from the longitudinal end of the straight pipe part 29c to the bent part side, and the electric wire 81 is mounted on the heat insulating cylinder 71 mounted on the refrigerant pipe 29.
