PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent infiltration of rainwater into a package while reducing noise leaking to the outside. SOLUTION: An intake air silencing duct 15 and an exhaust silencer duct 16 are provided at the upper part of a package 14 enclosing a generator 4, an engine 5 driving the generator 4, and a cooling fan 6 cooling them. The lower face of the intake air silencing duct is provided with an intake port 15a, and the upper face of the exhaust silencer duct 16 is provided with an exhaust port 16a. The lower part of the exhaust silencing duct 16 is provided with a rain gutter 18 projected downward and also used as an aligning pin, and the rain gutter 18 is fitted into an aligning hole 12a of a support part 12 of the exhaust silencer duct 16 and projected to the outside of the package 14.
