PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric excellent in stretchability and bulkiness and good in touch feeling. SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric is such that two or more kinds of heat-shrinkable fibers are used as raw materials. In this nonwoven fabric, one of the heat-shrinkable fibers is a latently crimpable fiber having an eccentric sheath/core structure, wherein a resin constituting the core of the latently crimpable fiber is higher in heat shrinkage or lower in melting point than a resin constituting the sheath. Of the heat-shrinkable fibers, it is preferable that a resin constituting at least one of the heat-shrinkable fibers other than the latently crimpable fiber be lower in melting point than the resin constituting the sheath in the latently crimpable fiber.
