PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer resin composition having softness, high resilience and excellent moldability and weather resistance, enabling easy surface-treatment such as coating and having excellent hot-gluing property to styrene resins, etc., and to provide a molded article produced by using the resin composition. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer resin composition comprises (A) 55-99 wt.% polyester block copolymer and (B) 1-45 wt.% graft copolymer produced by the graft-polymerization of 15-60 pts.wt. of a monomer component composed mainly of an aromatic vinyl monomer and a vinyl cyanide monomer in the presence of 40-85 pts.wt. of an ethylene-propylene-nonconjugated diene copolymer rubber, wherein the graft rate of the graft copolymer B is≥25%.
