PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and reliably perform constant-quantity sampling of a minute amount of liquid such as blood and mix the minute amount of liquid with another liquid. SOLUTION: An apparatus for mixing a minute amount of liquid includes both a capillary-like first liquid holding part 2 for introducing a first liquid inside by capillarity from a first liquid inlet 2A arranged at one end and a second liquid holding part 3 arranged communicating with an opening arranged at a part of a side circumferential surface of the first liquid holding part 2 for holding a second liquid.
