摘要 A method for preparing amorphous nanopowder is provided to produce the spherical dielectric nanopowder having a uniform particle size distribution ranging from 50 nm to 500 nm and containing 40-60wt% of lead oxide by injecting a micro-size dielectric powder into an RF plasma combustion apparatus. A method for preparing amorphous nanopowder containing lead oxide by radio frequency plasma includes the steps of: (S10) forming a precursor powder comprising a dielectric powder having a high content of lead; and (S20) applying a radio frequency plasma to the formed precursor powder to obtain a nano-size material. The precursor formation step includes the steps of: melting and mixing a lead oxide-containing dielectric powder; and cooling the resultant, and performing mechanical grinding to form amorphous micropowder containing 40-60wt% of lead oxide. Further, the dielectric powder comprises PbO, B2O3, SiO2, ZnO and BaO.
