A cleaning apparatus is provided to prevent deterioration and damage of a pixel unit due to foreign substances in an encapsulation process of a flat panel display by including a protection glass. A cleaning apparatus includes a chamber(210), a pair of first roller brushes(220), a second roller brush(230), and a DI(Deionized) nozzle(240). The chamber receives a glass(215) with a plurality of etching units at one side. The pair of first roller brushes are installed inside the chamber to face both sides of the glass and have first and second units(220a,220b) to transfer and clean the glass. The second roller brush is installed inside the chamber to face the one side of the glass, where the etching units are formed, and has units arranged in a pattern corresponding to the etching units of the glass with respect to a rotation axis. The DI nozzle sprays DI water on the both sides of the glass transferred by the first roller brushes. |
