A keyboard capable of enabling a user to use a mouse at the same time is provided to improve workability by reducing a length of the keyboard remarkably, arranging keys practically to enable a user to use a mouse with another hand at the same time, and maximizing space usability with a compact size of the keyboard. A half-sized main board(10) inputs data by transferring an electric signal from a switch contact part to a keyboard IC when a user pushes a function selection key(20) of a keyboard(1), and transferring the electric signal to a cable from the keyboard IC. The keyboard IC is installed to a proper position of the main board. A mouse port is operated by connecting to the keyboard IC. A power LED(Light Emitting Diode)(11) and a Caps Lock LED(12) are formed to the proper position of the main board. A keyboard port is operated by connecting to the keyboard IC. A connector and a selection switch are formed to a rear surface of the main board, and the connector is used by connecting to a usual keyboard when the user performs only the word processing. The selection switch enables the user to use one or both hands selectively.
