An information processing device, a job processing method, and a storage medium thereof are provided to prevent increase of a computing cost by reducing load for monitoring printing devices or jobs even if a large quantity of printing jobs are populated to a plurality of printing devices, and reduce a cost of a print server monitoring a state of the printing jobs by integrally managing the printing jobs populated to remote devices. A transfer manager(420) registers devices(104), which are an output target of printing jobs and transmit state information, to a monitoring queue in first registration order. A connection manager(430) registers the devices to a transmission queue in second registration order. The transfer manager is connected to the devices in the first registration order and obtains the state information from the devices. The connection manager transfers the printing jobs in the second registration order. The transfer manager sequentially switches connection with the printing devices and obtains the state information in the first registration order even if the connection manager does not finish transfer of the printing jobs. A printing manager(410) includes: a job manager(411) which maintains the state of a current job; a print queue manager(412) which manages a plurality of print queues; and a print port manager(413) which manages a plurality of ports.
