An optical lens, a compound lens and a manufacturing method thereof, and a cemented lens and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to suppress transmission eccentricity. An optical lens(1) has a lens effective part, a slope part(1c) and a flange part(1d). The slope part is located on the outer circumference of the lens effective part. The flange part is located on the outer circumference of the slope part. The lens effective part has a first lens plane(1a1) having a first curvature diameter on one surface and a second lens plane(1a2) having no curvature diameter or a second curvature diameter higher than the first curvature diameter. The slope part has a slope plane. The flange part has a reference plane.
