The invention relates to a multilayer joint comprising a) a resilient layer (106, 209, 301, 403) preferably made from expanded polythene b) a set of adjacent layers, comprising at least the following layers, one and the same layer being able to carry out more than one of the following functions bl ) a barrier layer (103, 109, 203, 207, 21 1, 215, 304, 306, 402, 404) b2) a flexible support layer (101, 105, 107, 111, 203, 207, 211, 215, 304, 401, 405) permitting together with said resilient layer said joint to undergo any deformation without formation of folds, b3) an external layer (101 or 111, 201 or 217, 306, 401 or 405) in plastic material with the function of providing an external surface to be indented with the axial compression of the capsule against the neck such as to adopt at the contact level, the shape of the surface of the rim of said neck.
